2. For the CIP pickling process of the filling machine and other equipment:
Ensure that the effective acid concentration in the CIP system is 0.35% to 0.55%, the rinsing time is set at 5 to 20 min, and the temperature is set at 55 to 75℃.
3. For pasteurization equipment CIP pickling process:
Ensure that the effective acid concentration in the CIP system is 0.3% to 0.5%, the rinsing time is set at 5 to 20 min, and the temperature is set at 55 to 75℃.
4. For the CIP pickling process of tubular UHT equipment:
Ensure that the effective acid concentration in the CIP system is 1.0% to 1.5%, the rinsing time is set at 15-20 min, and the temperature is set at 70-80 The above usage is for reference only, and the specific parameters can be selected according to the user's specific conditions or operating experience.
